GINACORE SMS Terms of Service

The service. GINACORE provides an automated operations-assistant application, operated by Nicholas Parfitt (sole proprietor, "GINACORE"). This SMS program sends application-generated operational notifications  — daily operating briefs, schedule reminders, and task and status alerts — to enrolled GINACORE users.

Eligibility and consent. Enrollment is opt-in only: a user enrolls their account by texting the keyword START to (855) 910-6899, per the enrollment instructions on this site's home page. The service does not send unsolicited messages, does not send marketing content, and does not enroll third parties. No recipient lists are purchased, rented, or shared.

Messaging. Message frequency varies, typically up to 10 messages per day per user. Message and data rates may apply per the user's carrier plan. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for assistance or contact nick@ginacore.com. Voice line: (224) 515-1110.

Content. Messages are informational only and do not constitute professional advice, authorization of transactions, or binding commitments.

Changes. These terms may be updated; the current version is always at this page.
